Grand Knight's Report

Well May has arrived this is always such a beautiful month spring in full bloom makes you look forward to every new day, I ask you to please read this newsletter. There are so many things going on at our council and with the foundation I am sure there are things happening that you will want to get involved in.

May is the month of our Blessed Mother Mary the Queen of Heaven no one except the Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit is greater than her. She never fails to respond to her children her love for us is unending. Her son never refuses her anything so turning to her as our advocate is assurance that we will be heard. This Easter Sunday was for all Christians the answer to Gods promise to us that his son would conquer sin and death. May the joy of our Lord and Savior’s victory live with us every day. As Knights, we are asked to live our Catholic faith in words and works. Your council has done an outstanding job living this every day. We reach out to our community to those in need through our programs we do all year long. A special thanks to our Deputy Grand Knight Bob Pittinger. He has done an outstanding job as the program director Thanks Bob! We still need new members so please if you know of any Catholic gentleman who is not a council member please ask him to join us in serving God and our fellow sisters and brothers.

I would like to leave you with a quote from St Augustine take care of your body as if you were going to live forever and take care of your soul as if you’re going to die tomorrow.

As always please pray the Rosary especially in the month of May the most powerful tool we have against sin and evil. May you all feel Christ's peace in you and your family’s life. Kyrie Eleison for all of this troubled world.
